Had a great time at Chaiin Hotel! The location is unbeatable, literally a 2-minute walk from the MRT Dongmen Station and tons of amazing eateries nearby. The staff really went the extra mile, especially during breakfast. Only downside, the room felt a bit cramped with our luggage. Overall, solid stay!

convenient, convenient, convenient
I loved how the hotel is just steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to explore the city! My room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessities. The staff, especially Jackie, went above and beyond to help me book a last-minute trip outside the city.
strongly recommend ❤️✨

The location is fantastic, just steps from the MRT station. However, the bathroom lacked sufficient privacy, which was uncomfortable.

Great convenience with the MRT Dongmen Station literally steps away. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a Deluxe Room that offered a decent amount of space for a couple. The strong shower pressure in the bathroom was a highlight and made for refreshing showers. Local eateries and a traditional market were just a short walk away, a perfect way to explore local cuisine. On the downside, the soundproofing wasn’t the best. I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, there was only one elevator, leading to longer wait times during peak hours. The room lacked sufficient space for luggage, which made packing and unpacking a bit of a hassle. The hotel lobby being on the third floor might confuse first-time visitors. If you manage your expectations, particularly regarding space and noise, this hotel can be a great base to explore Taipei.

The location was a real highlight, just a stone's throw from the MRT and walking distance to Yongkang Street for some amazing local food. Plus, exploring the Dongmen morning market became a fun family activity to start our days right. We also enjoyed being close to the bustling area while returning to the calmness of the hotel.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom lacked sufficient lighting for our late-night trips.

Clean room with friendly staff, but no gym and a small lift.

A comfortable stay in a modern room with a nice atmosphere. Snack options available throughout the day added a welcoming touch, and the breakfast variety, particularly the delicious scallion and egg pancake, stood out. However, the small lift and slightly cramped room made maneuvering with luggage a bit cumbersome. The location was excellent, just steps from the MRT, but limited traffic noise due to the alley-facing room was a plus.

Just a decent option for a swift visit in Taipei with good value considering price it charged. The bathroom was really clean and had great water pressure. Try to visit the morning market just around the corner for local snacks.
